I'm not sure if you guys have the Loreal Elnette Satin hair spray but that's amazing! Wet N Wild has color icon blushes and eyeshadow palettes that are really pigmented but super inexpensive as well. Wet N Wild is sold in Walgreens and Loreal is pretty much everywhere in drugstores. Also, if you stop by Sephora or Ulta and ask the ladies that work there, they'll help you out as well. :)

Oh and at Walgreens, there is a brand called Jordana and their fabuliner liquid liner as well as their great lash mascara is crazy good and only $2-3!

I would say definitely go to Sephora, Ulta, and Sally's. Idk what brands you don't have where you live, so it's hard to suggest things. But good luck and have fun! :)

I agree with Em, Sephora is mid to high, and Ultra is across the board, drugstore to high. There are a few I have found in both places that are overpriced private label, so take a phone with you for reviews.
