How do I prevent my eyeshadow from fading even if I've used a primer?

Try using an eyeshadow base (nyx milk jumbo pencil for example) to make the color more vibrant. You can also apply a setting spray (urban decay's all nighter or mac's fix + for example) to help the makeup stay on longer.

I love macs eyepimer "paintpot" so I suggest a good eyeprimer. and you also want a certain makeup brush that holds a good amount of product. always tap on your eyelid or where ever you want the product applied on. tap it on. keeps the pigment vibrant. no smudging because it doesn't help to keep the color as vibrant. just a little makeup tip. hopefully that helps. it helps me.
