i need a crazy black gel liner that WONT move and i can put in my water line... no matter what liner i use on the bottom it always runs even when i set it :-( and the corners smear =((( help.. ive used all the drug store ones i could find so im willing to spend a little bit more but still not crazy spendy

The Essence gel liner is amazing. If you want to spend a bit more on a higher end one I've heard the Bobbi Brown one is good and I really like the Kryolan one.

Bobbi Brown and also Maybelline. Shu Uemura is good also. Tom Ford is good but not long lasting as first ones

The tarte liner in a pot is pretty good for the waterline. I like it better than the MUFE pot because I find the MUFE pot dries out really fast- at least for me.

I hear everyone likes the Mac fluid line but I love my tarte Amazonian liners in black and brown and the brush it comes with is the best!!!

I find that my Essence black gel liner works great. It's under $5 at Ulta. You can't beat that price for a good waterproof working gel liner.

I like YSL, Bobbi Brown, and Tarte...Black Cherry by YSL is my favorite....they all stay great. NARS new Larger than Life liners have a gel like texture even though they are in pencil form they are my favorite for the water line

I recently bought the MICAbella gel liner and it is so black also it literally doesn't come off with water you have to take it off with eye makeup remover. It doesn't budge and dries fast.

Inglot in 77 and Mac gel liner in black track because Inglot has more staying power while Mac looks more glossy.
