To heal:
Use soaked tea bags over your eyes for half an hour everyday. Sleep more. Drink more water and green tea. Use a honey+yogurt+avocado mask on your undereyes. Aloe vera and vitamin e lotion will help too.

To conceal:
Use a salmon-peachy-orange concealer. (I recommend the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda palette, $12 or Hard Candy Glamoflauge, $6) This will cancel out the bluish-black circles. Then proceed to use your reg. foundation overtop. It'll cover easily. Use a loose powder to set.

They actually say cold helps with dark circles. I would put spoons in your refrigerator and put them over your eyes or a thing cold like I said works.

Vanessa is right but you can also soak cotton pads with milk and put those on your eyes, it helps to lighten dark circles.

Also, dark circles can be caused by lack of iron in the body, eat lots of iron enriched foods.

Don't know... the things girls are talking about never helped me. You may just have very thin skin, like me which is so transparent that your veins could be seen.

Mine are genetic. don't go away for anything. the best thing I have found is using a peach toned Concealer then foundation then a lighter Concealer on top.

I have severe under eye allergy issues, and the one thing that's really helped is a Clarisonic opal and hydroxatone intensive under eye (can't remember the exact name, but I'll look in the morning if you'd like) it actually helps heal/remove the blood/broken capillaries, so you're treating the root cause of the circles. Eve Pearl salmon concealer also helps hide mine, salmon cancels out the blue/black tones.
