Oh. Well I read a post on here before that said if you cut out dairy your skin will get a lot better bc you don't have the extra fat and oil in your body, maybe I'm just under the wrong impression, my bad haha

No food will directly give you acne, but certain foods of course will affect your entire diet. Constant greasy foods can effect the oiliness of your skin which may lead to clogged pores. Also, not enough vegetables will lead to dull skin if you're not getting the vitamins you need. An all around healthy diet will be better for your complexion in general.
