Take biotin, and use coconut oil in your hair. And try to avoid heat on your hair.

Before you go to bed put your head upside down, then massage your head. It stimulates the hair roots and stimulates blood flow which helps your hair grow.

Oils can be used, but if you have acne I wouldn't use it. It just makes the acne worse. If you don't have acne you should be all good.

Argon oil and peppermint oil (but not together) put argon oil at ends of hair and peppermint oil at roots of hair.
