I just soak my hair in olive oil and shampoo it out. It won't fix any long-term damage, but it's a quick fix if you need your hair to behave and be soft and shiny.

Massaging your scalp weekly with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil helps, it’s very moisturizing and makes your hair softer as well. I use an oil by pro naturals Leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes under a shower cap or warm towel. You may have to leave the treatment in overnight and wash it out in the morning if your hair requires it. Also, trim regularly to prevent split ends and avoid heat and dyes.
