Skin care regime for combination skin?

I have oily skin on my chin and cheekbones. but the sides of my face get dry. The skin between my eyebrows and my nose are oily.
What's a good way to take care of this type of skin?
I also can't use products that have too many chemicals.

I'd use a brand called Liz Earle, its amazing, all natural ingredients and smells so nice:) its worth the price:)

I've tried African black soap and it DRIED out my skin lol.
