Because of the golden details on the top part of the dress, try a golden and pearl coloured eye makeup. maybe with the sleek storm pallet or the naked pallet. Use a violet eyeliner, maybe from maybelline.

Try to make your eyeshadow little bit neutral adding more browns and goldens and a violet eyeliner!! And mascara ofcourse!! And for lips keep them bold using plum tones!!

I would suggest a black and grey smokey eye look, with a neutral lip or neutral smokey eye (creme and brown eyeshadow) with a winged eyeliner. to illongate your eyes you can put some fake lashes and fill in your eyebrows for a more polished look. use.
