White tooth paste and baking soda. Make a little into a paste like thing and put it on your blemish and leave it over night.

Well, I definitely do not recommend washing your face with hot water. It will dry out your face and cause it to over produce oils, which may cause clogged pores or irritate your acne.
When it comes to acne, I suggest anything with benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide is the most effective and most researched acne fighting agent out in the market, anything from 7-10 % will be good for spot treating, but I suggest under 5% if you're going to apply it all over your skin because it is a harsh chemical. Another great acne fighting ingredient is tea tree oil. I personally like to use this as a spot treatment and no more, I don't think it works as effectively if you use a tea tree face wash. I love 'grease lightening' by LUSH, it gets rid of my acne right away, and the best part is that you don't have to worry about what skin care you're using beside it because it is natural and won't react with acne ingredients.
Also, get a toner. Toner removes the excess oils and makeup from your skin, as well as provides it with minerals. You should use this after your cleanser day and night.
Moisturizer is another important factor, if you deprive your skin of moisture it will get very dry and crack, and may cause your pimples to break, spreading the bacteria and leaving ugly marks. I suggest a water based moisturizer so that you don't have to worry about irritating or causing more acne on your face.
For those big single pimples that you want gone fast, use a liquid Advil and stick a pin, then apply the gel ONLY on the area. Don't do this too often as it will dry out your skin a lot.
Also, make sure you do not touch your face and never pop your pimples unless you're doing it properly. Popping pimples can cause the bacteria to be pushed deeper into the skin, and spread around. It will also cause scarring after the pimple is gone from that area.

Well what my mom uses, she uses this face mask thing (Idk WHAT it's called anyway…) and it helps not get pimples to go away, byt it helps clean up all if that gross bacteria and it'll make your face smoother. I think that's what it does…or at least she told me…

Use OXY facewash to cleanse your face, neck, and chest. use warm water. after you wash your face, apply a thin layer of olive oil. do this twice a day ( morning and night ). the olive oil works as a moisturizer and it is natural and has no chemicals. I've been using this technique for a couple weeks now and it has worked wonders!!
