@christin B. I just apply it on my face? Before or after I wash it?

I want to try the tree tea oil. But how does it work? Do I just apply it alone on my face? And rinse off?.. Or what??

Yes you can apply it alone if you'd like. It's a bit drying so make sure you moisturize... What type of skin do you have?

Neosporin was the only thing that worked for me.

Try the asepxia cleansing bar soap, it worked really well on my skin and cleared me up in a couple of days, I know most drugstores carry it now, it's blue.

I have dry skin too :)
Natural recipes work best for the skin. I find that most store products have too many chemicals to dry out skin, and added just for the appearance of the particular product.
Tea Tree Oil can be applied as a spot treatment. However, it is drying. So you need to moisturize in order to prevent it. I apply it over my moisturizer, I do not wash it off. Do not rub it in, allow your skin to absorb it.
For you I'd recommend,
Facial Treatments/Remedies ( Masks, Toner, etc.anything ) That contain these ingredients.
Tomato, Strawberries, Willow Bark, Green Tea, Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Oil, Honey, Turmeric, Aloe Vera, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Oatmeal.
Tomato, Strawberries, & Willow Bark
Tomato,Strawberries, and Willow Bark are both high in Salicylic acid. You can use them mashed for an acne mask.
Green Tea: Studies have shown that green tea can reduce acne as much as benzoyl peroxide. It also reduces sebum and acne inflammation. Green tea is also rich in antioxidants, these help to repair and protect skin.
Tea Tree Oil: Anti bacterial and Anti Microbial.
Lavender Oil: Lavender oil is antibacterial (as are Basil and Rosemary oil), but Lavender is great for soothing red inflamed skin. It’s an excellent ingredient to drop into acne recipes.
Honey: Honey is naturally antimicrobial – a natural antibiotic especially active “UMF” honey. It treats acne bacteria, soothes and heals skin.
Turmeric: Turmeric powder is naturally antibacterial and so is great to use in acne masks either as a main ingredient or combined with others in any facial masks for acne. It is high in antioxidants that slow down cell damage. Turmeric is widely used as a skin exfoliant and improves skin’s texture helping with inflammatory skin conditions, such as acne, dry skin, psoriasis and eczema. Another benefit is to reduce pigmentation, even out skin tone and diminish wrinkles.
Aloe Vera: Great for healing acne and soothing properties.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Balances the Skin PH and helps combat acne bacteria. ( Used for a toner. )
Oatmeal:Oatmeal is soothing for itchy inflamed skin. Add ground oatmeal to an acne mask to soothe red inflamed skin. It is also moisturizing for drier skins.

I love Neutrogena Acne Stress Hydrating Acne Treatment. It's a non-trying treatment product that really helps to clear up blemishes without drying or irritating skin. Apply morning and night after cleansing, before moisturizing!

If you have pimples or acne on your forehead covering it up with bangs will make it worse cause of the oil from your hair. Try to keep your hair off your face

I agree with everyone else that Tea Tree Oil is a good thing to use (works for me also), but you should realize that SOME brands of tea tree oil are concentrated. I have accidentally applied these in full concentration and they've burned my sensitive skin (cheek area). Just one thing to watch out for, otherwise it works great! :)

When using tea tree oil especially in a concentrate form you should mix it with another oil less powerful oil like olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil. Mixing it with these oils will keep it from drying out the skin. Also occasionally I'll use tooth paste on acne. The paste kind not the gel or anything. Put a very thin layer over the acne area and let it stay there over night. I recommend doing this after they've popped and it dries them up and they just shrink up and go away! Hope this helps :)

Exfoliation is what helps me the most. Try "coalface" by lush. It exfoliates and treats the acne all in one.

Getting bangs won't do you any favours. The bangs may case your forehead to produce excess oil and won't help your skin.
Have you been to the doctors and prescribed anything?
All I can suggest is that you cleanse/tone and exfoliate regularly, try not to wear lots of face makeup, and if you do make sure your face is completely clean before bed.
Good luck x

I use Cetaphil and yes, it does have some alcohol in it so it can dry out the face a little but it also dries out the pimples! Also, get a alcohol free toner, like one from Neutrogena and use it to remove the extra makeup left behind after cleansing.
