You should use milk of magnesia as a primer for your foundation. Apply it only to your oily spots. I used it and I have super oily skin. I also love l'oreal true match and revlon Colorstay foundation.

I recommend using a cream foundation formula (like Graftobian HD) and a silica powder (you can buy a knockoff of Make Up For Ever HD Powder from Coastal Scents called "silica powder" for a whole lot less - MUFE charges $30 for.03 ounces, where as CS charges $5 for 1 full ounce).

I love the loreal true match! I've been using it for years. For powder I like the MAC MSF powder.

I recently found my perfect foundation. I went to Ulta and got the Bare Minerals Matte foundation and since the concealer was too dark for me(I'm extremely fair without fake tan, I wear the lightest shade in anything and it's often still too dark) so I got the Tarte Amazonian Clay waterproof concealer. I first cleanse my face with my Yes to Tomatoes acne cleanser and my olay face brush, then use my Yes to Tomatoes daily moisturizer and then apply my make up. I've never really use primers because the ones I've tried in the past were way too heavy feeling on my face and broke me out and my make up stayed better without it. I've been considering trying the Bare Minerals oil control one, but my make uo already stays almost perfect all day so I'm not sure if I need it. But I definitely recommend the foundation and concealer I mentioned above.
