I don't know any specific color names but I know that Wet n' Wild has fabulously pigmented colors of amazement. lol and they are super cheap. If they don't have the color you are looking for I am sure NYX would have something.

I'd check out Inglot for the corals and the sea foam green.
Mochi By Sugarpill is kind of a seafoamy color. and it promises fabulous pigmentation ;)

Ellis faas in the creamy eye, there is a mint green that looks sea foamy to me in the picture. It's expensive but beautiful!

I tested a lovely Dior Eye Gloss today in a colour called sunset. It's a lovely soft, subtle coral with golden flecks. It was out of stock at the counter so I have ordered it online
