So I have been kinda going crazy washing my face lately, and so this morning I woke up and saw a bunch of tiny red bumps on my nose. I'm wondering if it could be from over-washing, because I literally never get pimples on my nose otherwise.

Most likely washing it so much caused it. Try washing your face only twice a day with a gentle scrub/cleanser.
