They have this set its in kike a yellow box and it come with like lotion and body wash and something else to use to get rid of it, but it also depends on how bad it is if you have it really bad to the point you gotten scabs you will still have scars but if its just like red spots and dots then all you would need to do is you A LOT of lotion and it clears up I had only red spots never got that bad but then I used a lot of lotion for like a month and it went away :) hope it helped.

I have had eczema ever since I was about 2. I have literally tried every medication and I have been to a dermatologist which helped so so so much. My eczema used to be so bad I wouldn't go out and that was when I was like 7, I just get the odd sore hands, thank you for all the suggestions ;)

I had to go to the doctor for mine, if you don't want to go to the doctor, then try going in the sun but wear some SPF!

What really helped me was cetaphils moisturizer in the tub and just going out in the sun. It really helped my skin so much. Normally I would wear long sleeves and even wear cardigans in hot summer days just because I didnt want to show my arms that are so red and scabbed. But I finally just decided I don't care and I'm just going to not care about hiding my arma anymore. So in the summer I just wore short sleeves and got a lot of sunlight to reach directly on my eczema spots. It was starting to clear up!! So I didn't really put o any medication. Just some sunlight was all I needed! :)
