I had to wear uniforms for forever so I feel your pain... It's fall so scarves can dress up anything. Get a bunch of different designs and colors to wear with your uniform, cardigans in uniform colors.. White and navy won't be hard to find at all. Also, headbands add a lot to plain outfits like uniforms. Get some cute shoes that go well with your usual uniform choice and dress it up with jewelry, scarves, headbands/headwras.
