1 is the most realistic length for a flapper. 2 is quite a bit to short and 3 is a bit too long for the perfecr flapper portrayal!

I've got number 2 in black. I found it was a tiny bit too long so I took it up a few centimetres. It is a lot longer when you buy it than what it looks on the pic. Mine was about knee length (thats if its made by the same people) like one and two :)
Number 3 is a bit too long.
