Depending on what shoes you're wearing you could wear leggings or tights. if you have black spandex shorts you could put that over tights too. wear a cami underneath. if you can wear strapless at school, tuck in cami straps!

If you need it warm you could also wear a long sleeved black shirt underneath. I think it'd be a cute way to layer with the corset type top.

I would Wear a black strapless tube top underneath then a black leather jacket over. With a black or same color blue pencil skirt underneath cause it seems to look like its a high low sheer skirt?

Definitely a black tank top or tube ton underneath, and maybe some sheer black tights as well because it's really small.
