Good eye cream?

I'm trying to find an eye cream to use everyday. I have under eye circles but they aren't so bad, I can easily cover it with makeup. My top concern is dryness, my skin around my eye gets very dry and blotchy looking.

A dermatologist told me that for hydration any drugstore eye cream will do :)
