Well always moisturize with something oil-free. I know you may feel like that will make it worse but it really won't. Also, use finishing powder to help decrease shine. On the bright side oily skin ages slowly so you'll look younger longer:)

Olay oil-free moisturizer. Proactiv permanently made my face dry so don't use that on your entire face, just pimples, because dry skin wrinkles faster and I wish I had my oily skin back, homemade facials that are acidic like with lemon (but just a little) help control oil.

I've heard that milk of magnesia keeps you really matte if used as a primer, but I have personally never tried it.

Make a mask with baking soda and keep it for 30 seconds. It helped me a lot (I had oily skin until I made this) and you can notice the different even after the first time you try it.
