I don't really notice it when looking in the mirror but every time someone takes a picture if me my face is red and the rest of me is white. I don't get it? It's been like this for a few months and I'm unsure why.

Pregnancy and the hormonal changes it brings could be the reason. When I was pregnant my neck got really dark.

I'm not preggo and I didn't notice it when I was. But I have the same problem. Ugggggg. So do a lot of fair skinned gals. Look at wynonna rider. I use a bb or cc and I just try to keep my makeup in the center of my face and blend out. That keeps from having a strong color change at the jaw. Also I think some ppl just natural darker face cuz of where the sun hits. And usually the first shade in a line is too white and the second too dark so I always have to buy both and blend according to season. I also use a light bronzer on my neck to blend if necessary. As you can tell It bothers the hell outta me!

I reread your question and if its only in the last couple months I would check all your skincare and make sure nothing irritating or dying you out. And check your makeup in natural light like your car.

Oh I hate it when this happens, when I noticed this on my face, like Ale said, it was from my foundation being danger than my neck skin which was unavoidable for me cause my cheeks were tanned a bit more than my neck. What I did to rectify this was using Ambi fade cream on spots which fadded out all my spots so now I use foundation only on my eyes and cheecks, and leave my lower jaw natural, leaving problem fixed. maybe it will work for you.

My neck is actually lighter than face. Those primers, foundations etc..that say 'photo finish" keep you from the look your getting. The active ingredient is titanium oxide. I'm sure there's got to be a BB or CC Cream that contains this.

If you cc cream has SPF, when you take picture with flash, it will lighten up face skin. So no need to worry.
