Urban Decay 24/7 pencils, Bobbi Brown or Maybelline gel liners and Loreal has a felt tip liner that is great. It all depends on what look you're trying to achieve because you most certainly wouldn't want to apply a liquid liner in your waterline.

Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner and Revlon Colorstay are good pencil liners in my opinion, but liquid liners tend to stay on even better. One I really like is the Kat Von D tattoo liner.

L'oreal infallible gel liner it has a gold cap. I apply it around 6 and take I off until around 9 and IT LASTS ME ALL DAY and doesn't budge :) definitely my favorite & it's only 10 bucks!!
