Hello my name is Briana in looking to start a YouTube channel doing makeup tutorials, DIYs and showing my favorite articles of clothing among other things. I wanted to ask around and network to see if anyone would be willing to promote when the channel is up and running :) also to ask what are some things you'd like to see more often in channels like that? I'm open to hear anything.

Good luck on your venture first of all!
For video quality:
Clear image, zoomed in and with a direct view of the area being worked with.
Clean sound, or subtitles if a good mic isn't available.
Upbeat but not overwhelming music.
Smooth edits, no huge jumps without explanation.
For video content:
Straightforward! There is nothing more frustrating than opening a video tutorial for an eyeshadow look and having to endure a summary of someone's day. Keep that for a separate video!
Make sure each topic is fully researched to the best of one's ability, no recommendations or advice based on hearsay.
I think that's it mostly.

When you do like makeup tutorials explain what it is the person will need and explain step by step, I have seen so many stupid fucken videos wear all of the sudden you click play and they are already doing the makeup they don't explain their is no sound and just music playing mmmmm no its a tutorial it needs to be explained cuz the person watching it is trying to learn, be loud so people can hear you if your to quiet people will get annoyed don't talk way to much go to the point cuz then people will get bored, have fun an be your self people want to see you not someone being fake, good luck.
