So I have one of those hard lump like pimples on my forehead, and I want to know how to get rid of it.

Uhg. hate those. Try buying a really good pimple or zit cream. And DONT TRY TO POP IT! Or touch it. Good luck!

Don't pop it or squeeze it or even touch it. Squeezing too harshly will cause the skin to rub off in that area and eventually just create a scab, trust me they're not pretty.
If it's painful it's probably a nodule, I would give it a day or two with no treatment to let it fully develop and simmer down, and then just treat it with a spot treatment. For hard pimples I find benzoyl peroxide works best, as apposed to tea tree oil. Also, keep your skin very moisturized during this time.
