Sometimes I highlight during the winter time if my skin has a dull look to it. It always seems to brighten my face up more when I highlight. It makes my skin look a little more moisturized and a little less dry.

I highlight all year round, unless it's very hot or my skin's very dry. I live in a place with extreme winters, so it can easily run your skin through the mill.

I love the look of highlighter with a matte blush, especially in the winter.

I hadn't just because I was never interested in highlighter, but now that I've gotten into it, I would. I highlight almost every time I wear makeup. I have dry skin so it helps.

I agree with most of the ladies that I highlight all year-round! I love using highlighters with more gold in them for the summer to give that sunkissed look. :)
