Gel Liner In Your Waterline??

Below your lower lashline but not on waterline. It might migrate in your eyes and irritate. Use kohl pencil for your waterline. It will stay long.

It is safe, that's what I use, and I suggest you use a pencil to apply it (dip the pencil into the gel liner and swipe it on, so much easier!) however I don't find that it stays particularly longer than using an eyeliner pencil.

I use revlon colorstay gel eyeliner in my waterline & I never had a problem & stays all day!

I only use gel liner on my waterline and for me it stays on all day I use tartes gel liner.

You can but tarte products on tartecosmetics.com or sephora or ulta or on QVC on tv.
