Casual - Blue skinnies or black leggings, a pretty top or jumper, converse or vans, natural makeup
Smart casual - Black leggings, a boxy top with the front tucked in, a black clutch bag and ankle boots. Smokey eye with browns and neutral tones, or natural eye with a bold lip
Smart - Skater or bodycon dress, heels or ballet pumps. Smokey eye with a nude/natural lip

Lol my mom"s Bday tomorow!!
I would dress close to something Hannah mentioned as "smart casual".
Don"t overdo it unless you have someone important coming,lol :)
