Never tried it but I remember a diy that used unflavored gelatin and milk think you make a paste it basically same as using glue.

Exfoliation, Clay Masks, and salicylic acid. Exfoliate your face to remove the dead skin cells and gunk off the top layer of you skin. Then use a clay mask to draw the deeper gunk out of the skin. Then you can go over the area with a light salicylic acid treatment to go even deeper and chemically remove gunk. (target has a gel tube of it for 5$ that works great)
You can do this process every few days (depending on your skin's sensitivity and the type of products you are using)
