The Naked 1 and Naked 2 palettes are really good! Too Faced also has a lot of awesome stuff. My favorite palette by them is the Return of Sexy.

If you are looking for budget friendly palette or just something to play and experiment with, bh cosmetics or coastal scents. Sure they have all the colors you want. And sleek also. For high quality palette, invest on UD's naked line, Too faced, lorac or customized your own mac palette.
