Starting a cosmetology club in my highschool!!! please help!

Im starting a cosmetology club at my school but I dont really have any idea of what to do. What should I talk about during meetings? I just don't know where I should start. Does anyone have any advice at all of what I should do or how I should structure the club? please respond!
