Hey all! I am looking to do a set of Halloween costumes that look as if the wearers are old black and white film stars who have stepped out of the screen still in complete gray scale, and I am looking for any good quality product suggestions. They must be full coverage, matte finish, hypoallergenic, long lasting, and preferably not too pricey or hard to get ahold of ( Im in the American Midwest, so not much in the way of imports is readily available by any means that isn't online, but I will be visiting the nearest MAC counter soon). Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Also, what to do about hair? Wigs seem to be the easiest solution, but what do you think of temporary wash out color? How would I pull off a blonde star's hair in gray scale?
