If you wanna know the truth then… yes it's slutty like you may as well wear a bra and panties like maybe wear a white blouse and some boyfriend jeans and those boots are fine... Add a hat... sorry but I wouldn't even wear that in the summer... or is that just me... The most body I show is some three quarter length shorts and a t shirt!! Please change that outfit or else the next generation of teens will be wearing that for Halloween... smh.
