It doesn't even look like a halloween costume to me. just kinda slutty...thats it.

It's honestly not even that slutty. I've seen girls wear way worse, so if you look slutty then I've seen legitimate strippers or something. Besides and I quote from Mean Girls. "Halloween is the only time of year that a girl can dress like a slut and really no one can say anything about it."
