I think it looks really pretty, and I also need specification on the bangs. I've tried to curl them upwards like this, but they always fall.

Just get side bangs like this, and her part is really deep set so set it almost all the way to the side, you'll need a lot of hairspray as well. You'd also need layers to get the same effect, and a lot of teasing. Honestly this look isn't too healthy for your hair.
