There's an oil in a brand called 'redken'. The oil is called 'diamond oil intense' I would recommend this as it penetrates into the hair to help the damage! I would suggest this over coconut , Moroccan or argan oil as those oils have a bigger molecule so the product is only sitting ontop of the hair and not penetrating like the diamond oil does. With coconut oil etc , it makes the hair feel great because it's a cosmetic feel! They are good for shine and softness ; however if you want something to enter the hair shaft and help it from the inside out. Go for the diamond oil intense! You only need 2 drops and put all through the ends dry or towel dry xox

Coconut or jojoba oil works wonders. you can try doing hot oil treatments before you was your hair and you can do deep conditioning and light keratin protein treatments (protein especially if you use lots of heat). also you can use a light moisturizer daily and a heat protectant when you use heat.

Give your scalp a massage every day for 10 minutes and flip your head upside down for about 2 minutes to get the blood circulating around the follicles. Eat eggs and poultry for protein, your hair is protein so it requires it to grow. Drink plenty of water to hydrate and eat plenty almonds, fish and dark green vegetables. Biotin also helps, and check your iron intake too. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from Pro Naturals, that’s what helped me a lot.
