I highly advise Bobbi Brown corrector followed by her concealer duo. I wish there was a pic of you so that way I can tell you which shades to get but the corrector works at diffusing the darkness while the concealer conceals it all so to speak. In the concealer duo is also a setting powder to set it all. All three are quite concentrated so it doesn't require a whole lot of product to cover up your dark circles. I use it myself and I love it.

I use Mayebelline Instant Age Rewind. It says Eraser, Dark Circles under the name. works well for me! I have really dark under eye circles too :/

I've had the dame question and finally got it down. You need a salmon colored corrector/concealer Eve Pearl was mentioned but found a dupe at Target Pixi Color Concentrate in brightening peach. Use this first only on the areas where discoloration is. Pat it in, it's based on color theory beach cancels out purple/brown. Apply regular concealer, apply foundation stripping, sponge whatever way you like to then go back if you need to with a small brush and regular concealer to cover up anything that is left. Apply powder. Hope this helps!
