I like foundation, contour& highlight, red lips and basic cat liner when wearing pulled back hair :)
Or you could go for strong eyes and nude lips instead, they both look good with ponytails

Definitely do your eyebrows, and then liquid liner & mascara for eyes. Then do a dramatic contour on your cheeks and add some blush. Your hair pulled back, and defined cheek bones will look super chic!

I think winged liquid eyeliner and contouring would look good, but I would make sure you blend it well otherwise you'll have a dark line and be different colors than the rest of your body(:

Yes definity emphasize your cheek bones with blush and bronzer but I would keep everything else simple nude pink lip and mascara.
