Use a face wash by clean & clear called advantage oil absorbing cream cleanser it helped me a lot with oil skin.

I heard that if you use natural oils, esp jojoba oil 'cause it's so close to our natural sebum, "trick" your skin into thinking it's producing enough oil and so it stops.

Try a mattifier. Neutrogena or MUFE.
