I have some rather itchy, red and irritated shaving bumps. :( I've used bikini zone a little but it kinda burns when I put it on.. And it says its supposed to soothe..? I want it to be like extremely smoothe.. And it's often very prickly, is there a way to get that more? My skin is slightly sensitive and I've tried waxing a little but it didn't really do much for me. Any ideas on how to help??

Exfoliate before you shave gently in small circles around the area use a clean razor and soak in a hot bath to open pores and I use bikini zone shave gel its in expensive and I feel it helps immensely for a close comfortable shave.

What they said ^^^ :) and from personal experience I've learned to not shave that area everyday or it can get very, very irritated and itchy ): So don't do what I did! lol.

I know this sounds weird and gross, bu I have a deodorant stick tha I scented that I put on my skin after I shave my bikini area. It really helps to get rid of razor bumps and keep them away. However I don't have sensitive skin. I use an EPS shave cream that is cery soothing, then afterwards I use 99% aloe Vera gel and deodorant.

Oddly enough I use baby oil for sensitive areas when I shave. Works pretty well with razor burn! Dulls razor, though.

Shave with the hair, not against it. It doesn't provide as close a shave, but it irritates it less. Or what I do is shave with the way it grows, and then do quick touch up going against for a little closer shave. Other than that, everything the ladies above said :)

Exfoliate before you shave, then use conditioner as a shaving cream. I used to have the same problem, and ever since I started doing that my skin doesn't itch, ir become irritated. its smooth.
