Someone I have really dry skin and by the end of the day it's gets really oily. I want a face primer that best fits for combination of skin. Which face primer works for my skin?

Try using milk of magnesia. And non drying face wash. Oily skin people tend to want to use a drying face wash which will make your skin overcompensate

Your skin is dehydrated.. You may need to find a better moisturizer. It is very possible to have dry skin that oils up.
Every time you strip your skin of the oils it produces, it will compensate for it by making more, your skin is attempting to hydrate itself.
You can use as a primer: Milk of magnesia, or Aloe Vera Gel.
As a wash try using oatmeal. It's very gentle and works well for both dry & oily skin.
