Omg that dress is gorgeous on you! But maybe for the orange dress you can do a neutral eye with nude or pink lip. And for the black dress you can do a nice smokey eye with red or pink or fusia lip :)

I vote for the black dress! Looks gorgeous on you!
-white eyeshadow on inner corner and inner lid
-metallic silver eyeshadow on your middle and outer lid
-black eyeshadow on your crease
-dark purple or dark blue on outer v of the eye for a pop of colour
-dark purple or the dark blue eyeshadow on lower lashline
-wing eyeliner
-white eyeliner on waterline
