The Nyx one with that curvy bottle shape. I can't recall the name. :( The shape of the bottle assists in giving the perfect winged liner even if you're not experienced at doing them. :)

Urban Decay liquid liner is amazing! Hard Candy Walk the Line is good as well, but the brush is a litttttle thicker, but it's much cheaper.

Maybelline eye studio gel eyeliners are amazing! It stays perfect all day and doesn't smear or run. And where I live it's usually under 10 bucks and it last FOREVER.

Gel liners are the best for winged liner. They don't flake and last all way. I also like to use Too Faced 3 way las lining tool. It's like a pen, so it's super easy to use and gives the perfect wing
