Its advisable to use the same line of a skin care line to.. You know.. Improve better but its not really a must. I use different skincare line. Body shop and clean&clear but its more advisable to use the same skin care line to help your skin improve better.

It's not a bad thing also a matter of preference. I use stuff from all different lines. You may find you like a moisturizer from another line better. As an esthetician I would recommend not using witch hazel. It is too drying for the skin. A lot of people use it because they like how their skin feels afterwards, clean, fresh, tight. It's not good because it is drying and strips the skin of the natural oils.
