Well props to you for calling them their true name. I hate when people refer to it as 'cystic acne' like.. No. No no no. Though, it may evolve to that, so what you have to do is treat it like a regular pimple. Change your pillow covers often, deep clean you makeup brushes between uses
Also, stick to benzoyl peroxide products. Benzoyl peroxide is the most effective for acne fighting, and trying something of high concentration like a spot gel, which has about 10%.

I had this awful one, and I got rid of it in like 2 days. You wash your face with your normal face wash, and use toner omit like crazy. It's works!
