You can get it in any medical store in India for 180 INR. I don't know about your country :/

Cocoa Butter stick. I've been using them and the difference is pretty nice. I got mine by the chapsticks. Try a drug store pharmacy. I haven't seen them in Walmart or anything like that. And they're like a dollar.

I have really bad acne scars! I've recently started drinking an 8oz glass of water with a teaspoon of apple vinegar cider in it every Saturday, and I was my face with this stuff everyday and my scars have faded drastically!

Lemon juice as a spot treatment then vitamin e oil to moisturize. Lemon juice can be harsh so use very little, once every day, use sunscreen and moisturizer to help fade the scar as well as prevent darkening.
