Working out hair washing!!

Hey girls!
I'm on a weight loss mission for the summer (lots of work needs to be done)! I have been working out 3 days a week (tues,thurs and sat), but I'm going to push it up to 5-6 to really shed the pounds. I work up a real sweat and normally wash my hair after. But now as I'm doing it almost everyday I don't want to dry my hair out. It's naturally curly (I hate it) and so I straighten it. I've read that some people just rinse it but then I would have to straighten it everyday which I don't want. What can I do?! Will dry shampoo work?! If so some good dry shampoos? I have dark hair so white ones show easily!

Moe Knows Hair I think is the name. She has a YouTube account and does hair care tutorials. She has one on how she keeps her hair clean She has curly hair and she straightens it :)
