Hello Nabila!
I personally haven't used the Salley Hansen Plumping Lip Primer, however a fantastic make up artist named 'Makeupbymaya' uses and reccomends the Sally Hansen Plumping Lip Inflation Extreme. She LOVES the lip product and finds it one of the best lip glosses she's ever used to date. ALthough it is a different product, it is from the same company and has the same purpose of fuller lips. So based on that assumption I would say that it would be worth the purchase. I hope this helps you Nabila. :)
