I really like Bite Beauty Line and Define Lip Primer. It's universal as well. I love it cause it helps keep my lips moist and helps my lipsticks last forever, even my cheap ones.

@amanda I've used it once so far under urban decay revolution lipstick I'm f-bomb and I loved it! my lipstick lasted all day with eating and drinking!
