No it won't, its very hard to change colors with black hair. I used a hair stripper to get it all out of my hair

I'm not sure about the coloring. But I've used Revlon Frost & Glow twice and it damaged my hair severally. When I rinsed it out the highlighted pieces were so gummy and fragile. Some pieces even came right out. I wouldn't recommend that product at all.

Usually box dye in a shade lighter than your current color is ALWAYS a bad color. The product is cheap, which means two things, not a very good color and DAMAGE! Tried cutting corners once. Bought a bleach kit, a toning kit and then still ended up going to a salon and instead of just paying for the bleaching I had to pay for a conditioning treatment and two unwanted haircuts. Four inches and almost 200 later I learned its best to stick to professional brands when going lighter

Probably orange and fried? Box bleach is like the worst thing they ever came up with. Go to Sally's and get a good bleach and a frosting cap. You'll have better results as long as you don't get too crazy pulling it through the cap. And you should probably also get a toner since you have such dark hair it might turn out orange.
