Curly hair starting to look messy and frizzy..

So I'm not feeling great about myself at the minute and the main problem is my hair..its a curly mess..it used to be really nice loose curls but now its getting frizzy..help..please.. Xxx

Same to you...:( but it happens when I use shampoo without conditioner.
